We've made plugs for this modification long before we set up shop, in-fact I personally believe we make the best plugs for transscrotal piercings.

With our unique washer-enclosed o-ring fixture makes the plug incredibly secure, yet easy to remove and clean, our option provides maximum comfort with softly rounded ends and not a sharp corner to be found.
