Ordering from Southshore Adornments is so simple, don't be intimidated that most of the items are made to order for you.
Browse in leisure, select your desired items, add a specification note if our standard specifications are not suitable, add to cart and check out and we'll do the hard work to bring you great jewellery to your door!
Once your order is placed, your order will go into our production queue. We work on a rolling production line, meaning each order is made in the order they are received. (With some exceptions)
This allows us to tailor make your jewellery just for YOU, and fully concentrate on your order, so mistakes are very rare, but if a problem does arise, let us know!
While we work as quickly as we can, we sometimes get busy and things may take a little time. We appreciate your patience in these days of instant downloads and next day delivery. We're working hard to produce a quality product for you and we hope the wait is well worth it, but If you are curious about the progress of your order just get in touch and we'll be happy to let you know where we are with it, or keep an eye on our Instagram page, you may spot your order!
We are able to process payments online two ways.
We use both Stripe and PayPal for payments. Both of these companies automatically encrypt your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). we do not keep, share or see your confidential details.
You do not need a Paypal account to check out and you may use most Credit and Debit cards while checking out.
All payments are made in GBP however you may display prices on out website in USD, CAD, EUR & AUD
Once your order has been completed we will securely pack your order ready for shipping! we use the post office's drop and go service, so although we will have marked your order as shipped it may be some hours until it has been processed and any tracking details begin to work.
Shipments may take 1-3 days within the UK once your order is complete and shipped, International shipments may take 1-5 weeks, depending on where we're shipping to and the service selected at check out. If you experience any unusual delay with your order please contact us. Shipping time estimates do not include production lead times.
We pack to suit the item/s you have ordered, utilising bubble mailing bags, Small stout boxes, or slightly larger mailing boxes. We pack all orders discretely for your privacy and we DO ship the world over.
Postage costs vary on the value of your order, your location and service you choose.
For higher value orders we may only have insured methods available but we recommend these for all orders. These are insured, usually tracked and require a signature on delivery or pick up. We will not ship expensive items without tracking or insurance, sorry!
Postage costs can be accurately displayed in your cart using the shipping calculator.
Import Taxes & Duties
Please be advised that customs charges and/or import duties are determined by the customs office of the regarding destination and where applicable, may be levied once the parcel arrives at the destination country.
Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Southshore Adornments. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office. Please note we also do not refund orders which have been returned to us with charges and taxes unpaid, by placing an order you agree to pay any such fee on receiving of your order.
Customs & Regulations
Customers should check local postal regulations for restricted items, as Southshore Adornments cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the regarding country.
It is against the law to falsely mark orders as "gifts" to avoid or lower any import charge on your shipment and we will not mark shipments as such and please do not ask us.
