Customers in certain EU countries can now receive their orders with tax and duty paid during checkout - Meaning your orders should arrive with no surprise additional costs.
Royal Mail has introduced new PDDP (Postal Delivered Duty Paid) services to the following countries;
Where orders are shipped to one of these countries, tax, duty and the 'low value' parcel fee* are now included in the price and shipping.
We understand more countries in the EU are working to arrange similar PDDP offerings. If your country is not included in the above list, prices remain with tax & duties and you will still be required to pay all fees due prior to delivery.
*The low value parcel fee is currently €3 per product type, I.E. if you order 3 Plugs, it'll be €3, if you order 1 Plug, a tin of Signature Balm and a set of Callipers this fee would be €9, as a gesture of goodwill for your continued support throughout the turbulent changes these last few years, I'm only charging you €3 no matter how many product types you order, This is added to your postage cost for consistency.
